**Make a Difference in Someone's Life**
We're seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Support Worker to assist an individual who's all about maintaining independence while enjoying life. If you're patient, a great communicator, and a safe driver with a fun-loving attitude, we want to hear from you.
The role includes assistance with housework, meal preparation, and community access. Shift times are flexible, and your own car with comprehensive insurance is a must.
Your key responsibilities include:
- To deliver high-quality support to our Clients in the capacity they require.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate for our Clients' needs with our Clients, team, and Support Specialist.
- Understand, follow instructions, and be responsive to our Client's needs.
- Provide support to our Clients as required.
- Have good rapport-building skills and a gentle, encouraging manner.
- Be reliable and flexible to fill shifts when required.
Requirements for success include:
- A genuine desire to positively change people's lives.
- Evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia.
- Hold or be willing to obtain NDIS worker screening or yellow card.
- Hold or be willing to obtain a blue card.
**Job Type**: Casual
**Pay:** $34.45 - $39.99 per hour

Evening shift

Weekend availability
