Talent Acquisition Role
About the OpportunityThis position plays a vital part in driving business success by being responsible for talent acquisition, development, and succession planning. You will leverage a strategic approach to attract, grow, and retain top talent.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with managers to plan workforce needs and recruitment strategies.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment, from job advertising to hiring decisions.
- Developing employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives.
- Building talent pipelines through networking and industry engagement.
- Capturing candidate experience insights throughout the recruitment process.
- Coaching managers on recruitment best practices.
- Oversight of talent development and succession planning.
- Supporting HR projects and compliance with employment agreements.
You will be an effective collaborator who is skilled in delivering exceptional customer service, communication, and strategic thinking. Previous experience in HR operations, stakeholder engagement, and working with HR systems is highly regarded. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work proactively and independently are essential. A tertiary qualification in Business or Human Resources is also necessary.
