
Human Resources Business Development Partner

About this role:
As an HR business partner, you will collaborate with stakeholders to provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures. You will work closely with the HR team to support the organisation's HR-related initiatives, aligning with the strategic direction.
Main responsibilities:- Strategic partnering: Work with stakeholders to provide solutions to HR-related queries, fostering close relationships with various functions within the business.
- Change management: Support leaders and employees through change initiatives, referencing HR policies and procedures, and explaining the strategy behind such changes.
- L&D: Provide coaching and training to leaders on HR policies and initiatives, identifying skill gaps and delivering programs as needed.
- Talent acquisition and onboarding: Support the HR team with recruitment and provide a seamless onboarding experience for new staff members.
- Employment relations: Offer guidance and support to leaders and staff on workplace issues, promoting a positive, respectful, and productive work environment.
- OHS and return to work: Ensure compliance with OHS regulations, promoting a safe and healthy work environment for all staff.
Requirements:
- Certification in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Experience working in a HR function as a BP/generalist.
- Background in the Early Childhood or Education sector.
- Understanding of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements and relevant Awards.
- Excellent negotiation, influence, and communication skills.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
