Lead the IBDP Programme at The Friends' School

The Friends' School is seeking an experienced and visionary IBDP Coordinator to lead the development and delivery of our International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. This role requires an inspiring leader who can champion the IB philosophy, foster a culture of inquiry, and ensure that the needs of students are met with care and precision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the programme.
  • Lead curriculum development and review.
  • Support teachers in best practice.
  • Ensure IB compliance.
  • Promote the values of international-mindedness.
  • Work closely with students, empowering them to achieve academic excellence and personal growth while navigating the challenges of the Diploma.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the IBDP framework.
  • Ability to inspire confidence in staff, students, and families alike.
