IBDP Coordinator Job Opportunity

A dynamic and forward-thinking IBDP Coordinator is required to spearhead the development and delivery of our International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.

This role demands a strategic leader who can champion the IB philosophy, foster a culture of inquiry, and ensure that the needs of students are met with care and precision.

  • Drive the strategic vision and growth of the IBDP within the school.
  • Establish a culture of academic excellence and international-mindedness.
  • Oversee curriculum planning, subject group coordination, and integration of core components (TOK, CAS, EE).
  • Maintain assessment integrity and consistency through monitoring and support.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the school and the International Baccalaureate Organisation (IBO).
  • Ensure policies, practices, and reporting requirements are met.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the IB community.
