We are seeking an experienced Sales and Service Professional to join our team at Prouds Bateau Bay.

This is a long-term retail career opportunity with a renowned family-owned jewellery retailer that values exceptional customer service and sales skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving beyond sales targets and KPIs, possess exceptional 1-on-1 selling skills, and be able to work productively individually and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create personalized service for customers to find their ideal jewellery piece(s)
  • Achieve set sales targets and KPIs
  • Complete in-house training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales skills, and policies & procedures
  • Perform operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping
