Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage customers by providing personalized product recommendations.
  • Deliver outstanding service and expert product knowledge to drive sales success.
  • Assist with store operations, including assembling and moving furniture as needed.
  • Maintain showroom presentation by rearranging stock and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate a customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Possess retail sales experience, preferably in furniture, homewares, or a similar industry.
  • Show the ability to safely lift, move, and assemble furniture (up to 20kg) as part of daily tasks.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work weekends and peak retail periods.
