As a Senior Physiotherapist at Alta Allied Health, you will have the opportunity to lead and shape the delivery of physiotherapy services within our clinic. This role is perfect for a clinician who is not only passionate about patient care but also eager to take on a leadership position.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy, with a strong background in musculoskeletal and sports injury management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate both patients and team members.
- A patient-centered approach, with a focus on delivering evidence-based care and achieving the best possible outcomes for patients.
This role offers a unique blend of hands-on clinical work, leadership responsibilities, and the chance to contribute to the strategic direction of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Patient Care: Provide comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment plans, and ongoing management for the local community including a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior physiotherapists and other allied health professionals within the clinic, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Clinical Excellence: Utilize state-of-the-art VALD technology and evidence-based practices to optimize patient outcomes, staying updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals within the clinic, including occupational therapists, exercise physiologists, and dietitians, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Education & Advocacy: Conduct patient education sessions and community outreach programs to promote health and well-being, and advocate for the importance of physiotherapy within the broader healthcare landscape.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate patient records, contribute to the clinic's growth strategies, and participate in team meetings and case conferences.
