Job Description: Senior Physiotherapist

This role offers an opportunity for a seasoned clinician to lead and shape the delivery of physiotherapy services at our clinic. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical care, driving growth, and collaborating with the research and development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Deliver comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment plans, and ongoing management for diverse musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Lead junior physiotherapists and allied health professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Clinical Excellence: Utilize advanced VALD technology and evidence-based practices to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Education & Advocacy: Conduct patient education sessions and community outreach programs to promote health and well-being.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, contribute to growth strategies, and participate in team meetings and case conferences.

We seek a dedicated and experienced Senior Physiotherapist who can drive outstanding patient care and leadership within our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy, with expertise in musculoskeletal and sports injury management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in using advanced physiotherapy technology, and a commitment to continuing professional development.
  • Mindset: A patient-centered approach, delivering evidence-based care, and achieving optimal patient outcomes.
  • Qualifications: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy, current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and professional indemnity insurance.

The estimated annual salary range for this role is between AUD $120,000 - AUD $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
