About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Porter Valet to join our team at The Star Gold Coast. As a Porter Valet, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our guests feel welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport and Store Guest Luggage: Safely transport and store guest luggage, ensuring that it is delivered to the correct room or location.
  • Assist with Directions: Provide clear and concise directions to guests, helping them navigate our hotel complex and surrounding areas.
  • Valet and Retrieve Guest Vehicles: Valet and retrieve guest vehicles, ensuring that they are parked and retrieved safely and efficiently.
  • Provide General Information: Offer general information about the surrounding areas, including local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options.
What We're Looking For
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: A warm and welcoming approach to delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building memorable connections with our guests.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with guests and colleagues.
  • Meticulous Grooming: A high standard of personal grooming, with a focus on presenting a professional and welcoming image.
  • Sound Knowledge of the Local Area: A sound knowledge of the local area, including local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options.
