Job Opportunity
About the RoleWe are seeking a senior professional to manage operational and administrative processes for our Fleet Services function.
- Process & Compliance Management: Manage operational and administrative processes, contribute to process and system improvements, and deliver on agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Customer & Stakeholder Experience: Resolve customer cases and queries within required timeframes, support customers and internal stakeholders, and build strong working relationships across teams and external partners.
- Team Support & Development: Support the Fleet Services Manager with process documentation and communications, act as an escalation point, and coach, develop, and cross-train team members across functional areas.
- Administrative & Operational Support: Provide support to the wider operations team, monitor productivity, quality, and performance within Fleet Services, and foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performing team environment.
