We are seeking a skilled Property Financial Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service and focused on achieving exceptional results.

The successful candidate will have the ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions. They will also possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Financial modelling and analysis relating to Business and/or Commercial Banking for Property clients
  • Preparing credit submissions for new facilities, and coordinating deal execution through documentation and funding
  • Managing portfolio data quality, compliance, and reporting requirements
  • Performance monitoring and annual reviews for existing clients

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in writing and analyzing credit transactions, as well as completing annual reviews and reporting, ideally within Commercial and/or Business Banking
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and key stakeholders
  • A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance and/or Commerce
