Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Product Innovation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving product innovation and growth in the 4x4 & Cooper segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute innovation strategy for the 4x4 & Cooper segments to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare communication packages and product data for new product launches.
  • Identify points of superiority and parity versus competitors to inform strategy and drive data-based decisions.
  • Determine introduction timelines and processes for new products, ensuring portfolio simplicity and superiority.
Corporate Cycle Contribution and Planning:
  • Support the Product Director in preparing and consolidating inputs for corporate reports and activities.
  • Translate company priorities into local business strategies, providing growth assumptions based on the product agenda.
  • Support the corporate cycle with data analytics for roadmap, forecast, and business assessment.
Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum of 5 years in product and/or marketing management, preferably in the tire industry.
  • Technical-to-marketing communication skills, handling complex portfolios, project management, product development processes, and budget management.
  • Storytelling ability to analyze large data sets, identify gaps, and present solutions clearly.
  • Marketing knowledge from a product perspective, stakeholder management, adaptable communication skills for diverse audiences.
