About the Role

Responsibilities
  1. Product Innovation Strategy Definition:
  • Develop and implement innovation strategies for the 4x4 & Cooper segments, aligning with our company's overall strategy and goals.
  • Leverage data and market analytics to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
Project Management:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare communication packages and drive business growth.
Budget Management:
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing return on investment.
  • Analyze financial data to inform business decisions and optimize resource allocation.
Requirements
  1. Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years in product and/or marketing management, preferably in the tire industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering results.
Skillset:
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and budgeting skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and inform business decisions.
