Join our Sydney Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety team as a Senior Associate or Special Counsel. Work with experienced Partners on high-profile matters and develop your skills in industrial relations, employment, discrimination, and modern slavery law.

The Role

We are seeking a talented lawyer to advise clients across various sectors on complex workplace issues. As a senior member of the team, you will play a key role in:

  • Advising on all aspects of industrial relations, employment, and discrimination law
  • Managing litigation across Courts and Tribunals
  • Developing business development initiatives, including seminars and publishing articles

Our WRES team boasts leading workplace lawyers who work with clients across the full spectrum of the employment relationship.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • At least 8 years of post-qualification experience with demonstrated experience in a senior associate/special counsel role
  • Strong experience working across a range of employment law and industrial relations matters
  • A high degree of initiative, dedication, and commitment to client service
  • Strong communication skills and practical problem-solving skills
