About Your Role
  • You will support and guide children in their learning journey, providing engaging experiences that foster exploration, creativity, and social skills.
  • As a casual educator, you will work closely with our experienced team to develop and deliver child-focused programs, utilizing industry-leading planning tools.
  • We are committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all children, families, and staff.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding experiences for children, families, and staff by creating engaging and interactive programs.
  • Support the service manager with preparation and delivery of services, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Assist with food preparation and setup/packing up activities, promoting a smooth and efficient program.
  • Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being within the program.
  • Collaborate with the team to drive our mission, demonstrating open, caring, and engaged behavior.
Your Qualifications and Experience
  • Prior experience in the childcare industry is beneficial but not essential.
  • A Certificate III or Diploma Level qualification in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
  • A current Employee Working with Children Check is required.
  • A valid First Aid certification, including CPR and Anaphylaxis training, is necessary.
