The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organisation. This dynamic professional is responsible for providing expert guidance on HR policies, projects and procedures to ensure seamless integration across departments.

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
  • Prepare position descriptions, advertise roles and conduct thorough interviews to identify top talent.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, assisting with the development of onboarding procedures and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to prepare regular reports and provide insightful analysis.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance skills and knowledge within the team.
  • Work closely with management to develop performance management processes and devise staff remuneration, rewards and recognition schemes.
  • Manage workplace relations effectively, addressing complaints, conflicts, grievances and misconduct through mediation and dispute resolution.
  • Coordinated efforts to maintain a safe working environment, including implementing health and safety initiatives and conducting risk assessments.
  • Provide support and counselling to staff members experiencing workplace accidents or personal trauma.
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure employment conditions are compliant with regulations and best practices.
  • Play a key role in staff succession planning, developing strategies to retain and grow talent within the organisation.
  • Encourage a positive company culture, promoting a sense of belonging and fostering open communication among team members.
