About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker for our elderly clients. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and care they need to live their lives to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide domestic assistance to elderly clients living in their own homes
  • Support clients with personal care, social visits, transport, running errands, and preparing meals
  • Assist clients with hobbies and interests
  • Work independently in clients' homes, using your own vehicle

Requirements:

  • Must hold a current QLD Driver's Licence
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Must hold a roadworthy and Queensland registered vehicle
  • Must hold a National Police Check (dated six months)
  • Must hold a Queensland Paid Blue card and Paid NDIS card
  • Must hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • A minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, (Aged Care, Home, and Community Care) or minimum three months experience in domestic assistance is highly desirable
