Main Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and produce high-quality dishes as directed by the Executive Chef.
- Food Safety and Hygiene: Ensure that all food preparation and presentation adhere to strict safety and hygiene protocols.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create innovative and appealing menu options.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Cook or similar position in a resort/hotel environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of food safety and hygiene principles.
- Innovative ideas and a passion for creating high-quality dishes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
