  • A police clearance is also necessary.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Preparing accurate client file notes
  • Managing correspondence efficiently
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Providing support during advisor/paraplanner unavailability
  • Assisting with implementing client strategies
  • Document administration and corporate filings
  • Meeting preparation
  • Liaising with authorities like the ATO and State Revenue Office
  • Ordering Product Disclosure Statements
  • Client liaison and administrative follow-up
  • Updating databases with IT support
  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements for various entities
