The Opportunity

We're launching into our 2030 strategy and seeking an ambitious engineer to join our Melbourne Business in Victoria.

  • Mentor and guide our team.
  • Design and lead stormwater drainage, services coordination, and interdisciplinary coordination across various market sectors.
  • Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic analysis using 12D, DRAINS, RORB, and TUFLOW models.
  • Work on diverse projects spanning energy, resources, civic, water, and transport markets.
  • Lead design activities, oversee team members, and grow relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and support business development activities.
  • Deliver outstanding outcomes for clients, including governments, resource companies, and contractors.

What You Bring

You'll bring your enthusiasm, adaptability, and positive attitude to the role. We welcome applicants with experience in design and construction projects in Victoria and MRPV projects, as well as experience with Melbourne Water approvals.

  • A team player with a 'can-do' attitude and dedication to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proven design experience with at least 7-10 years as a civil/drainage engineer.
  • Technical skills in general civil engineering design, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis tools, and CPEng/RPEQ/RPEV qualifications.
