Support Person Role

We are seeking a dedicated support person to join our team at a senior living community in Sydney.

As a valued member of our community, you will be responsible for providing assistance with daily activities, responding to resident enquiries, and maintaining the upkeep of our facilities.

Your duties will include:

  • Assisting with village events and activities
  • Serving meals and beverages
  • Overseeing community facilities
  • Responding to resident enquiries
  • Undertaking first aid and emergency services where required
  • Conducting welfare checks on residents

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or be willing to obtain)
  • The ability to make decisions and remain calm under pressure
  • Be motivated and able to take initiative
  • Computer skills
