Job Role Overview

The primary focus of this position is to provide technical assistance and customer service in the realm of hydraulic motion and control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling incoming telephone-based inquiries with a high level of professionalism.
  • Utilizing the latest sizing software to accurately specify products.
  • Preparing formal quotations and processing orders in an efficient manner.
  • Providing expert technical support to External Motion & Control Engineers.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a professional team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Offering advice and support in fluid power systems.
  • Participating in departmental rotations through our Professional Graduation program.
  • Completing 10 internal Technical Training courses to enhance skillset.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Exhibiting superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possessing a recent qualification in Mechatronic or Mechanical engineering.
  • Demonstrating exceptional organizational abilities and multi-tasking capabilities.
Career Advancement Opportunities:

Upon successful completion of the program (approximately 2-3 years), there is a potential opportunity to advance to an Application Engineer role, fostering career growth and development.
