Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to fill a Long Term Occasional Teaching Position as an NSL LTO Teacher. This is a 0.5 FTE role at St. Hilary Catholic School in Red Rock.

Job Description:

This position involves teaching students in a primary/junior/intermediate setting, with a focus on Indigenous Language Instruction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Ontario College of Teachers' standards and the ability to implement a shared vision consistent with the principles of Catholic Education.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current membership in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers
  • Primary/Junior/Intermediate qualifications
  • Indigenous Language Instructor's Program
  • Fluency in Ojibwe, both oral and written (preferred)
