Senior Financial Executive

The role of Senior Financial Executive involves overseeing all financial activity beyond core corporate accounting and leading strategic financial management across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project accounting, cost tracking, and revenue recognition to ensure seamless operations.
  • Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting to drive informed decision-making.
  • Deliver detailed financial analysis to support key business decisions and planning.
  • Collaborate with department heads to maintain budget discipline and cost management.
  • Identify risks and recommend corrective actions to enhance financial controls.
Qualifications
  • A qualified CA or CPA with 6+ years' experience in finance leadership, including project-based accounting and team management.
  • Deep analytical skills, commercial focus, and ability to move between high-level strategy and day-to-day operations seamlessly.
  • Experience managing multi-entity financial operations (international exposure ideal).
  • Strong modelling and forecasting skills, with advanced Excel and ERP/PowerBI exposure.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments and influence non-finance stakeholders.
