The Food and Beverage Cost Control Manager will oversee and enhance cost control operations for the Food and Beverage division. This includes precise financial reporting, reducing waste, and driving profitability.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing stocktake processes across hospitality outlets to ensure consistency and accurate mapping of transfers, wastage, and sales.
  • Analysing stocktake variances, identifying discrepancies, and escalating as needed.
  • Implementing cost control strategies aligned with financial and operational goals.
  • Advising senior management on stock and cost control, supporting pricing and efficiency initiatives.
  • Tracking food and beverage cost trends through weekly reports and collaborating with management to maintain controls.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 5+ years' experience in F&B cost control, inventory, and financial reporting.
  • A strong understanding of cost control's impact on margins and profitability.
  • Skill in identifying and resolving stock discrepancies.
  • Proficiency with inventory systems.
