Senior Service Leader Opportunity

The Senior Service Leader role requires a seasoned professional to provide strategic direction and leadership across family support, child protection and out of home care services in the Greater Darwin Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to drive service improvement and excellence.
  • Oversee the effective management of physical, human and financial resources to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
  • Foster collaboration and partnerships to achieve best outcomes for children, young people, families and communities.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery through continuous improvement and quality assurance processes.

Requirements:

  • A degree in social work, psychology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in senior leadership and management roles within government or non-government organizations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in policy development, implementation and evaluation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
