  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Preparation, planning, and implementation of multi-department schedules
    • Assisting department superintendents with developing medium-term schedules on 1, 2, and 4-week plans
    • Providing communication channels, interface, and coordination between maintenance teams and operations
    • Ensuring scheduled works and repairs meet project requirements dates
    • Identifying changes in scope of work and amending schedules as required
    • Liaising with key stakeholders, internal and external, and supplying regular schedule updates
    • Providing support to departments to ensure workflow is streamlined and minimize delays
    • Constructing Gantt charts for works and assisting in executing plans
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Shutdown/Maintenance Scheduling
  • Prior experience in scheduling and estimating activities to establish workflow development plans with strong analytical skills
  • Engineering and/or relevant Trade Qualification is highly desirable
  • Proficient experience using P6 Database is highly desirable
  • Understanding QAQC requirements
  • Experience with scheduling activities in large multi-discipline workshops or similar
  • Ability to plan multiple departmental activities for complex, multi-discipline workshop environments
  • Proactive approach with outstanding interpersonal communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of scheduling practices and estimations
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
