Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain advanced planning models for integrated processes including roster management, slot allocation, and capacity optimization
  • Create predictive analytics to forecast planning parameters and operational outcomes
  • Build machine learning models to identify patterns and drivers in planning data
  • Conduct strategic financial and operational business case analysis for planning initiatives
  • Integrate multiple complex data sources to create comprehensive planning insights
  • Develop automated reporting and monitoring systems for key planning metrics
  • Create interactive visualizations and dashboards for planning stakeholders
  • Support the development of planning parameters through advanced statistical analysis
  • Build optimization models including linear and nonlinear programming techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on analytics projects to advance planning capabilities
  • Communicate complex analytical concepts in clear business terms to stakeholders

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics or related fields
  • 3-4 years experience in data-intensive Aviation Strategy roles, Advanced Analytics, Operations Research, or Data Science
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with optimization and simulation modeling
  • Experience with PowerBI and data visualization tools
  • Experience with complex data tools and cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of airline operations and industry trends
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to translate business problems into actionable analyses
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with large, complex datasets
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborative approach to cross-functional projects
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
