Emergency Response Specialist

This position is part of our firefighting team responsible for ensuring the safety of people and property across Queensland.
You will be required to respond to fire and emergency incidents as a member of a team. The role involves promoting community safety and emergency preparedness through education activities and developing competencies through regular drills and training courses.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to emergencies with a trained team.
- Develop and implement community safety initiatives.
- Maintain high-level competencies through continuous training.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- Australian Permanent Resident Status.
- A manual C-class driver's license.
- The ability to work within a reasonable distance of an emergency station.
