We are currently seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the position of Escape Room Game Master. This is an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy interactive entertainment and customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring guests understand the game rules and objectives, providing a positive experience, resetting rooms between games, completing administrative tasks, and assisting with clues as needed. To excel in this role, you must be able to work flexible hours, communicate effectively in spoken and written English, and be available to work weekend shifts. Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not required.

This is a casual position with varying shifts including 8, 10, and 12 hour blocks, Monday to Friday and weekends. We offer an employee discount and competitive hourly rate of $20.00 - $26.00 per hour.

Job Description:
  • Ensure guests comprehend game rules and objectives.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintaining guest safety and engagement.
  • Reset game rooms between sessions.
  • Manage administrative duties such as payments and software training.
  • Assist with clue provision when permitted.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours without restrictions.
  • Prior customer service experience is advantageous.
