We are seeking a skilled Adventure Host to lead our escape room games and provide an exceptional experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Game Management:

  • Ensure that guests understand the game objectives and rules.
  • Provide clear instructions and explanations throughout the game.
  • Maintain a safe and engaging environment for guests.

Customer Service:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Engage with guests, building rapport and creating a positive atmosphere.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage room resets, preparing the space for subsequent games.
  • Process payments and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexible scheduling, including weekends and variable shift lengths.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous customer-facing or hospitality experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
