WE WANT YOU We're looking for customer experience driven Shift Supervisors to deliver our brand of TOTAL IMMERSION in our Northbridge and Perth CBD venues

Position Type: Casual

Job Role:

  • Oversee opening / closing procedures have been completed to a high standard.
  • Report issues to management, via in house messaging systems.
  • Be up to date with any changes in rooms.
  • Use the correct channels to report issues (including props / staff / customer).
  • Plan ahead for events that happen on your shift (maintenance / low staff etc).
  • Be responsible for running a shift. Including (but not limited to) knowledge about events happening in the centre during said shift/monitoring customer payments/monitoring completion of delivery reports.
  • Delegation of tasks, when required.
  • Ability to deal with customer based issues, at the time of the issue, while following protocols.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with other staff members.
  • Gamemastering.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to take ownership of situations.
  • Must be able to oversee staff.
  • Must be able to engage with guests.
  • Must be able to work up until 11:00 pm on Sunday - Thursday, Midnight on Friday - Saturday.
  • Must be flexible in regards to shift allocation and finish times**.
  • Must have basic computer skills and be able to handle a booking system and other apps.
  • Ability to follow the company procedures and policies.
  • Keep unavailability and leave up to date.

**If on a night shift, you may be required to extend your hours until close. If you are unavailable to comply with this, you must let the management team know before the start of the shift.

Punctual Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to work up until 10:45pm weeknights and midnights on weekends.
  • Must be flexible in regards to shift allocation and changes at short notice.
