As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). You will work closely with the Centre Educational Leader to ensure that all programs are delivered to the highest standards.

We are seeking an experienced educator who possesses strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor others. Ideally, you will hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and have prior experience in leading teams. A current Working with Children's Check, Child Protection Training, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates are also essential requirements.
