Boutique Disability Services is seeking an experienced support worker to assist clients in the Mandurah area.

Our client requires weekday assistance in community engagements and in-home supports, including personal care for 10-15 hours per week. The possibility of further support hours exists for the successful applicant.

We don't just employ support staff; we create personalized teams to work with our clients. Our teams are experienced and dedicated in supporting individuals on their journey. Clients should be supported by people they trust to help achieve personal goals.

As a support worker, you'll provide assistance in community participation and in-home supports. Clients require various supports, including assistance with daily living activities, household tasks, community participation, personal care, and transport.

We're looking for staff with:

- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Ability to work varied hours, including overnight and weekend shifts.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience following person-centred support plans.
- A willingness to learn new skills.
- Commitment to prioritizing clients' safety and wellbeing.
- Ability to adapt to diverse support requirements in different situations.
- Positive attitude.
- Qualifications in Disability (desired but not essential)

Essential criteria include:

- NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to apply.
- Police Clearance.
- Current First Aid certificate.
- Valid Driver's license.
- Australian Residency Status or valid Australian Working Rights

Casual contracts are available, with possibilities of permanent part-time positions for the right candidate.

Job Details:

Pay Rate: $31.60 - $41.26 per hour under the SCHADS award.

Expected Hours: No less than 10 hours per week.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends
- Evenings

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Worker Screening (preferred)
- National Police Clearance (preferred)
- Full Driver Licence (required)

Work Location: In-person
