We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our Operations Planning team as an SAP Data Entry Operator. In this pivotal role, you'll be the guardian of data integrity across our Front-of-Shop (FOS), Over The Counter (OTC), and Private Label portfolios.

As an SAP Data Entry Operator, you'll drive process excellence, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure our systems reflect accurate, timely, and actionable data. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape quality strategy and influence national operations in a dynamic and growing organisation.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage master data creation, updates, and maintenance for products and materials
  • Partner with suppliers to ensure accurate ranging, de-ranging, and new line creation processes
  • Lead master data cleansing and validation efforts
  • Provide user support and training across SAP and related systems
  • C Coordinate data migration and synchronization between legacy and SAP platforms
  • Resolve data-related issues and stakeholder enquiries
  • Document and improve business processes and workflows

You have experience working in a data-related role, ideally within the FMCG or healthcare industry. You're proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and have strong organisational, communication, and time management skills. Financial acumen and familiarity with SharePoint are desirable.
