We are seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, value realization, and long-term success for our customers in APAC.
As a strategic advisor, you will guide your customers on maximizing their investment, ensuring they realize recurring value while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Using a playbook-driven approach, you will deliver scalable strategies focused on adoption, retention, and seamless renewals. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will mitigate risks, uncover growth potential, and provide an exceptional customer experience fostering lasting relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with customers, and have a customer-centric mindset. They should also have experience working in a similar role, preferably within the data and information management industry.
Besides a positive attitude and strong work ethic, the successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with customer relationship management software
