Key Role Summary

This role is pivotal for a senior developer to configure solutions within case management for customer service in Dynamics 365.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical guidance in Discovery and Inception workshops.
  2. Configure CRM solutions to meet business requirements, developing high-quality plugins, workflows, and Azure integrations.
  3. Evaluate changes' impact on functions affected and implement them within configuration guidelines.
  4. Adhere to standards and contribute to setting development best practices.
  5. Minimise solution delivery disruptions.
  6. Achieve quality standards through collaboration.
  7. Identify and report risks affecting systems and data security.
Essential Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Hands-on skills in Power Automate, Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Azure Service Bus and Azure Functions.
  • Expertise in Azure Pipelines and DevOps delivery.
