We are a boutique family-owned repair business based in Coopers Plains. Specialising in servicing and maintaining European cars, including BMW, Mercedes Benz, Audi, VW and Porsche. We have built our reputation on quality personalised relationships and our ability to rectify complex diagnostic problems on vehicles.

Our business offers a comprehensive range of Mechanical, Auto-Electrical and 4x4-Specific Services. We provide an exceptional customer experience and are widely recognised for it.

To be the newest recruit on our A-Grade team, you will have;

  • a genuine passion for administration within the automotive industry;
  • a track record of excellence with interpersonal relationships - exemplary customer administration skills with a proven ability to work well under pressure;
  • superior time management skills and high-level organisation; and
  • ability to learn fast, retain knowledge and communicate complex technical information to customers in a way they understand.

As part of our Service Advisory team, you will ensure the highest standard of customer service is provided to all clients. You will assist with schedule of the day-to-day workload and carry-out customer follow-up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the business.
