Electrical Maintenance Leader

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Leader to join our team. This critical role involves overseeing the maintenance activities of a large industrial manufacturing facility.

  • Ensuring the ongoing availability, reliability, and capability of the plant power distribution, control, and automation systems
  • Maintenance and breakdown/repair activities
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in process, systems, and equipment
  • Nominated upgrades
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of electricians and coordinate their schedule of work with the achievement of meeting the maintenance needs of the department
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or IV in Electrotechnology or equivalent
  • Practical experience within a leadership role
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple competing tasks to achieve required deadlines
  • Expert fault-finding
  • A background in all electrical maintenance and maintenance planning work
  • Experience with PLC, instrumentation, and power distribution work
  • A high standard of verbal and written communication skills
