A successful Corporate Travel Manager is results-driven, proactive, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. They possess expertise in booking and managing corporate travel requirements, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by leveraging corporate travel knowledge to meet client needs.
  • Assist in budgeting and executing professional business travel arrangements for corporate accounts.
  • Follow company procedures and customer service standards in sourcing products, quoting, making travel arrangements, ticketing, and record keeping.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage time effectively and multitask to meet deadlines.
  • Apply project management skills to deliver complex logistical solutions.
  • Work collaboratively as a team member or individual to complete related project functions.
  • Develop and maintain favorable relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide proactive solutions to complex logistical challenges.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in GDS (e.g., SABRE) is essential.
  • Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel, are required.
  • Major airline group booking platforms and event management technology experience are preferred.
  • Previous Group Travel/MICE experience (3 Years) is preferable.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is necessary.
