Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced travel professional to join our team as a Group Travel Manager.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including corporate customers, universities, and special interest groups.

The successful candidate will be responsible for booking and managing group or fully independent travel requirements, ensuring that all arrangements meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Corporate Travel Product Knowledge: Expertise in corporate travel product knowledge is essential to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients and our company.
  • Budgeting and Execution: The ability to budget and execute professional and accurate business travel arrangements for our corporate accounts is critical.
  • Product Sourcing and Quoting: Following company procedures, account guidelines, and customer service standards, sourcing products, quoting, making travel arrangements, ticketing, ticket exchanges/changes, CRS/GDS productivity, correct record keeping, and admin entry are key responsibilities.
  • Communication and Time Management: Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask to meet deadlines are essential.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills are required to manage complex logistical challenges and ensure successful project execution.
  • Adaptability and Teamwork: An adaptability to changing work environments and stakeholder requirements, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team or individually, are critical.
