Senior Corporate Travel Coordinator

The Senior Corporate Travel Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless business travel experiences for corporate clients. This position demands exceptional customer-centric thinking, effective communication, and relationship-building skills to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit expertise in corporate travel product knowledge to provide optimal solutions for customers and the company.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute professional business travel arrangements, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations.
  • Ensure adherence to established procedures, account guidelines, and customer service standards when sourcing products, quoting, making travel arrangements, ticketing, and managing records.
  • Maintain open communication channels and uphold a high level of professionalism.
  • Display exceptional time management skills and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies.
  • Demonstrate adaptability in responding to changing work environments and stakeholder requirements.
  • Work collaboratively as a team member or individual to complete related project functions and deliver excellent client service.
  • Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach in resolving complex logistical challenges.
Requirements:
  • GDS: SABRE - essential
  • Microsoft Office skills - specifically excel - essential
  • Major airline group booking platforms - experience preferred
  • Event Management Technology - Events Air/Cvent experience preferred
  • Previous Group Travel /MICE experience (3 Years) preferable
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles
