About the Role

Lime Recruitment is working with a large organization to engage a Project Manager with a background in financial services, insurance, or superannuation. The ideal candidate will have experience managing claims, business transformation, compliance, regulatory, or legislation projects.

The Project Manager will lead project teams to deliver IT projects and initiatives aligned with the corporate strategy. They will partner with stakeholders across the organization to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high-quality solutions.
  • Manage projects within scope, budget, and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
  • Manage resource capacity planning and allocations.
  • Create and/or support the development of project business cases.
  • Ensure all projects are successfully planned, monitored, documented, tracked, reported, integrated, and implemented.
  • Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning, ensuring risks are identified, mitigated, and communicated effectively.

Requirements

  • Certification in project management (Agile/ PRINCE2/ PMI), lean methodologies, change management, or process improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and delivering business projects within scope, budget, and on time.
  • Working knowledge of agile practices, frameworks, and techniques.
  • Experience in engaging and managing vendors to support project delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with agile planning and development tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence).
