About the Role
Our team is looking for an experienced and skilled leader to join us in delivering exceptional elderly services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting our staff to achieve outstanding results while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the business as a professional leader in the aged care sector, advocating for our brand and model within the local community.
- Provide day-to-day leadership for teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to support the growth of the business and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve high performance.
- Project manage the implementation of processes and standards to meet industry requirements.
- Analyze data to understand business drivers and develop strategies for sustainable growth.
- Lead operations to ensure client services are consistently high standard.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Extensive experience in elderly care is essential.
- Tertiary qualifications in health-related fields such as nursing, social work, or allied health are desirable.
- Knowledge of community-based care and support services.
- Previous leadership experience with coaching skills is necessary.
- Understanding of relevant legislation and regulations for elderly care services.
- Efficient time management skills.
