Make a difference in the lives of elderly individuals by becoming a carer with our company. As a carer, you will be responsible for providing non-medical assistance to clients in their own homes.

Our team provides high-quality relationship-based care that focuses on enabling clients to live independently and maintain their dignity. We are seeking reliable, empathetic, and compassionate carers to join our team.

The role involves assisting clients with daily tasks such as personal care, light household duties, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transport to appointments and social outings.

As a carer, you will have the flexibility to choose your own hours and work shifts that suit you. Our team is based in Melbourne's Inner South & Bayside, and we service suburbs across the area.

We offer above-award wages, including weekend, sleepover, evening, and weekend work. You will also have the opportunity to make a lasting difference in an elderly person's life, work with a supportive team, and access training and development opportunities.

To be eligible for this role, you must have a clear National Police Check, an insured, clean vehicle, and a valid Driver's Licence. You will also need a smartphone and access to the internet.

While certifications or qualifications are not necessary, personal caregiving experience (formal or informal) will be highly regarded. A second language is also highly desirable.

This is a casual position, and you will be required to work various shifts, including afternoons, days, flexible hours, mornings, and weekends. You may also be required to work penalty rates.

At our company, we provide all PPE required for COVID-19 precautions. You will also need to hold a valid Work Authorisation for Australia.
