Senior Legal Counsel Role
">A senior legal counsel is responsible for providing expert, strategic legal support across a wide range of commercial and corporate matters. This includes guiding complex contract negotiations, managing legal risk, and contributing to key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Providing in-depth legal advice across various areas, including commercial, consumer, IP, corporate, and property matters.
- Drafting and refining standard contracts and templates to optimize business processes.
- Supporting dispute resolution and litigation processes to minimize impact on the business.
- Building and maintaining comprehensive legal resources databases to enhance decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have around 8 years of relevant legal experience, ideally including in-house or secondment roles. They should possess strong interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to build trusted partnerships.
The successful applicant will partner with cross-functional teams to provide clear, practical legal guidance, shaping ethical judgments, supporting strategic initiatives, and fostering a culture of integrity and care.
They will contribute to key projects, help build the company's legal resources, and support the development of tools and training that empower others to make informed decisions.

The role offers a competitive remuneration package and a range of benefits, including access to internal training and resources.
