Our Culinary Adventure

We're seeking a passionate and dynamic Sous Chef to join our vibrant team in Airlie Beach. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll play a pivotal role in inspiring and leading our kitchen staff to deliver outstanding food experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our Head Chef to develop and implement innovative menus that reflect our commitment to quality and global cuisines.
  • Lead and motivate our culinary team to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Collaborate with our kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and efficient kitchen operations.
  • Develop and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and best practices to continuously improve our menu offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior line cook in a restaurant environment.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety protocols.
