Job Opportunity

Lead Interior Designer - Revit (Workplace & Hospitality). Experience: 7-8+ years. This role offers the opportunity to combine leadership, creativity and hands-on delivery within a collaborative environment.

Location: Brisbane, Queensland

Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from conception, including unpacking client briefs, developing concepts and managing the design team to deliver on time and to a high standard
  • Provide creative direction and strategic design input, ensuring projects are innovative and aligned with client goals
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and collaborative engagement
  • Oversee documentation production and be ready to step in and contribute when needed
  • Coordinate with consultants, builders and internal teams to achieve seamless project delivery

Requirements:

  • 7-8+ years' experience in interior design, with a portfolio covering workplace and hospitality projects
  • Advanced Revit proficiency
  • Proven ability to lead projects and manage teams effectively
  • Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
  • Ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail
