As a seasoned Commercial Lead, you will be responsible for driving commercial and contractual functions to deliver projects profitably, compliantly, and aligned with client objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
  • Monitor contract performance and address discrepancies as required.
  • Oversee contract renewals, extensions, and terminations in line with business needs.
  • Identify risks within contract terms and develop effective mitigation strategies.

You will also provide commercial guidance to internal teams and lead the commercial and procurement teams. A key aspect of this role is developing and managing budgets to ensure alignment with company objectives.

To excel in this position, you will have significant experience in a Commercial leadership role, including 5-7 years of experience in contract preparation, negotiation, and management. You should also possess a strong understanding of legal terminology and contract law, as well as the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
